HOW TO ORDER?
First timer
If you are not familiar with artisan glass and are not sure what is possible, you can always contact our sales team via email, phone or even in social media like Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
We will guide you on your design process from the beginning or have a short Teams meeting where we’ll tell you all the information. Whatever works best for your project in hand.
You don’t have to learn everything by heart during the first time, we are available for follow up questions as many times as you need.
Remember, you don’t need to know glass, you just need to know us.
Design ready
Do you have a project in hand, ready to get a quote? If you already have decided on a pattern from our collection and you have your design ready, just send it to us and we will give a quote for you. If there is something that doesn’t work technically with artisan glass, don’t worry about it. We will ask extra questions and if needed modify the plan together with you.
You can purchase just the glass according to your measurements, the whole product e.g., glass door with frame, hinges, and a knob or we can provide the whole thing as a turnkey bespoke project.

Note! The process for the order, when excepted quote has been agreed upon, see below. Collection patterns modified or not, do not include a prototype or a test without extra fee.
You can order samples 15 euros (0 % vat)/ piece (150x150mm)+30 € (0% vat) shipping. Samples are handmade, delivery time varies. To see all patterns go to artisan glasses
YOUR DESIGN
Designed by you
If you have a unique design ready for us e.g. as a PDF-file, where you have made your own pattern or picture or design of a furniture, just send it to us and we will start the process by giving you a quote firstly. When the quote has been accepted the following will happen.
- Customer delivers us the design and our team looks through it and checks if there is any changes that need to be made in order for the work to be successful.
- We will make a smaller prototype or a test of the design.
- The test is evaluated and the needed changes to be made to the final design (note! only one test is included in the quotes, additional ones will be charged according to a separate agreement).
- The mold is made for the glass / product.
- The mold is burned and cooled and after that the glass is being fused to the mold.
- When the glass is ready it is then cleaned and processed accordingly.
- The glass is sent to tempered to safety glass or other further processing according to the design.
- When the artisan glass /glasses are ready, they will be assembled and finished up if needed.
- The final product is sent to the customer.
Designed by us
Want something unique and suitable for your project? No worries, let’s have a meeting and discuss your wishes. You don’t always have to have a inspirational picture, you can have an idea of a theme or vision that we will put together with you. Our master artisan will design something for your projects that suites the overall design and your wishes. Usually, the offer includes two design rounds extra designs are charged separately according to mutual agreement. Otherwise, the process is the same as described above.
Note! We cannot guarantee any proprietary claims on the design in whole if it is not patented.
